Conventional fire extinguishers
I. Overview
High- magnification foam generators in a short period of time occurred a large number of foam transport to the fire area, quickly control and extinguish the fire. It has the advantages of strong fire extinguishing ability, fast speed, low cost and less loss. Suitable for the control and extinguishing of Class A and Class B fires, especially for large areas of limited space fire Rescue. such as aircraft depots, oil depots, mines, warehouses, underground buildings, are liquefied gas stations, tunnels, cargo ships, tankers, oil terminals, libraries and other places of fire fighting, as well as for the filling of toxic gas pits fire fighting and smoke elimination.
Ii. structural features and working principles
The high multiples foam generator is used in conjunction with the negative pressure proportional mixer. Because of the small size of the machine, lightweight and flexible, can be stored in the fire engine, to reach the scene of the fire can be used, fire extinguishing and smoke exhaust.

Iv. use of the operation
The high -magnification foam generator is powered by a miniature impact turbine driven by a pressure foam mixture, and the pressure water used can be supplied by a fire engine, a boat (see Figure 3), or a fire pump. The generator is used in conjunction with the negative pressure proportional mixer and the water belt. The length of the connecting water belt should not exceed 40 meters. The generator is portable, does not need to be fixed installation, but should be placed in a flat place, so that the function of a smooth foaming fire or smoke exhaust.
The high magnification foam generator has four atomized nozzles and jet nozzles each.The former will be direct atomization of the pressure mixture, the latter so that the pressure mixture into the turbine wheel and atomization, so as to drive its rotation after driving the impeller to the foaming net blast, so that the atomization attached to the foaming network of the mixture into a large number of foam, ejected outward.

VI. Maintenance and Maintenance
1, the main material of the machine is made of bronze and stainless steel, so it is not only suitable for fresh water but also can be used for seawater foaming.
2, the use of water and foam to clean, to prevent debris will clog the nozzle.
3, the water temperature is best maintained between the 3℃-5℃, should not be mixed with preservatives, anticoagulants, oil or other impurities.
4, after each use to carefully wash clean with clean, such as long-term unused, each year should be carried out a foaming test, and record the test results and the prescribed parameters to control, to determine whether to carry out maintenance.
5, after the completion of the overhaul, should be tested with 1.0MPa water pressure, the connection parts must not have leakage phenomenon.
6, suction pipe connection to maintain a closed, to ensure that there is no leakage phenomenon in the suction process.
7, blade installation angle should not be changed at will, otherwise affect foaming performance.
